Monday, June 16th at 9:00am 11:30am – July Batiquitos Lagoon Community Volunteer Event

Join us for a volunteer event at Batiquitos Lagoon. Our trail volunteers play a vital role in preserving, protecting, and enhancing the trail system at Batiquitos Lagoon. During this event, we will focus on removing non-native plants that compete with native species and disrupt local ecosystems.  Please mark your calendar for this and other upcoming volunteer opportunities. Remember to wear gloves, closed-toe shoes, and sunscreen. Batiquitos Lagoon will provide all the necessary tools for trail maintenance, and we will also offer a brief training session for new volunteers on how to use these tools effectively.  We hope to see you there!
